ANSUT PGFF
Enterprise web platform for ANSUT (Côte d'Ivoire) that digitizes the entire supplier invoice lifecycle, from digital submission to payment confirmation.
The Agence Nationale des Systèmes d'Information de l'État (ANSUT) was managing supplier invoices through a fully paper-based process: stacks of documents circulated between departments, approvals relied on successive signatures, and real-time tracking was nonexistent. This opacity led to unpredictable payment delays, processing errors, and growing frustration among suppliers who had no visibility into the status of their files.
PGFF (Plateforme de Gestion des Factures Fournisseurs) addresses this challenge with an enterprise-grade web application that centralizes the entire invoice lifecycle, from digital submission by the supplier to payment confirmation, through a fully configurable multi-step validation workflow.
The platform features a configurable workflow engine with up to 16 distinct statuses, a complete supplier portal with document uploads and real-time tracking, an administrator dashboard with financial KPIs, contract and commitment management, QR-code-based public verification, supplier onboarding with granular roles and permissions, Azure Active Directory SSO integration, and a real-time notification system.
