Crédit Rural de Guinée (CRG) is one of the most established microfinance institutions in the Republic of Guinea, with a nationwide agency network. As part of its digital transformation strategy, CRG launched an ambitious initiative to digitize all financial operations: mobile wallet management, savings collection, payment processing, and agent network oversight.

We designed and built a comprehensive administration platform that serves as the single point of control for CRG's mobile wallet ecosystem. The web application offers two secure and tailored interfaces: a central back-office for administrators and a dedicated interface for agency agents. It is built around a real-time analytical dashboard and covers the full financial lifecycle, from bulk account creation to post-transaction monitoring, anomaly detection, and regularization workflows.

Key modules include user and agent management, tontine group management, partner shop and voucher handling, Visa card payments, customer referrals, bulk payments, debit error tracking, and anomaly detection for financial movements. The platform's role-based access control adapts the interface dynamically to each user profile, ensuring a secure and streamlined experience for administrators, supervisors, and field agents.
